Developing reflective competence of university students through network volunteering

The article describes the facilities of volunteering for students in social pedagogy and medicine during their professional training. Theoretical methodological basis developing students’ reflective competence, modeling it implementing at university through are considered. Successful development competence is viewed based on mastering ways behavior new roles. It implemented uneven-aged groups depends conscious choice contents, forms, methods means training university. That what constitutes concept research. aim study to develop, substantiate implement theoretical conceptual grounds volunteering. research experimentally proved important role future specialists showed correlation characteristics educational space transferring effective practices results indicate that a long process which should be specially organized. improving student’s personal self-development.
